My stay at Roots Hotel And Wine Bar was absolutely delightful. The twin room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. I also appreciated the efficient and quiet air conditioning, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's location on the edge of the old town was perfect for exploring the charming cobbled streets and vibrant Kapana neighborhood. I felt safe walking around even late at night. Mitko, the host, was exceptional, providing helpful tips for places to visit and dine. He even prepared a delicious vegan breakfast for us each morning. I had a wonderful experience at Roots Hotel And Wine Bar and highly recommend it.
The only drawback was the lack of a refrigerator/minibar or kettle in the room. However, this was a minor inconvenience considering the overall exceptional experience.

The hotel is located in the heart of the historic city, just a stone's throw from the ancient Roman arena. the friendly owner, who is also a sommelier, was always available to help with any queries and offered great recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing. the rooms were cleaned to a high standard and had excellent air conditioning, perfect for the hot summer weather. We enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast each morning, and the host was happy to accommodate any dietary requirements.
There was no fridge or kettle in the room, but this wasn't a major issue as the host was happy to provide any extra amenities we required. the lack of a minibar was a minor annoyance, but there were plenty of local shops and cafes nearby where we could buy supplies.
